Passed away peacefully in the arms of his children on August 1, 2023 at his home on 327 Grange Road, Guelph, having celebrated his 96th birthday on July 23, 2023 at home with his family. Salvatore was the loving husband and best friend for 55 years to Enza (nee Rotolo, 2005) DiCicco. Left to mourn our Dad and Papà are Moses (Dawn) DiCicco, Lillian (Roberto) Topan, Joanne (Mark) Floyd, Angelo (Andrea) DiCicco, Gerry DiCicco, and Diana (Michael) McCaig. Loving, kind, and generous Nonno to Christopher, Daniel, Matthew, Adriana, Michael, David (Stephanie), Teresa, Nicole, Paul, Megan (Chris), Melanie, and Christopher. Fun Bis-Nonno to Brodie, Karter, Eric, Christina, Tessa, Adrian Joshua, Kayla, Paige, Jackson, Lexi and Zoe. Loving nephew of Giueseppe, Rocco, Clotilde, Carmela, and Adelina (Vincenzo DeAngelis). Predeceased by his baby brother Carmine DiCicco. Salvatore was the loving and devoted son of Mose DiCicco and Filomena DiCicco (D'Auriente), born in Villa Santa Maria, Abruzzo Italy. Missed by his good friends Hila and Brook and by his nieces, nephews, and cousins. His friends in the community and his fellow choir members in Coro Cantitalia Guelph will remember Salvatore.

Special thank you for her kindness and dedication to Catrina, palliative care nurse from Bayshore, as well as all the PSWs who cared for Dad and allowed him to remain in his own home. We would also like to thank Dr. Chan and Dr. Lostracco.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, where the family invites friends and relatives to join for visitation on Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 2:00pm - 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at St. John the Baptist Parish, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph.

Prayers and acts of kindness to one another would be appreciated, as a testament to how Salvatore lived his life.
