of Guelph, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, in her 90th year.
Beloved mother of three sons: Trevor, Clive (Tammi), and Barry. Loving grandmother to 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Survived by her dear sisters Peggy and Joan of England.
Known to many as Carmenta, Beryl loved to spend her time creating magic in the theatre. She worked on numerous shows at Guelph Little Theatre and won awards and high praise for her talents in costuming, painting, makeup and set decor. Beryl was a truly creative spirit and liked to express herself through poetry and painting. A former resident of New York City, Miami, and the UK, Beryl loved spending time with her family and travelling to new and exciting places at every opportunity. Her favourite place to be in the world was next to the ocean.
