Born December 17, 1960, in Carlow, Ireland. Passed away suddenly at home on June 29, 2021. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Dillon. Adored father of Colin (Chelsea), Marc (Vanessa) and James (Abbey). Cherished brother of John (Rosa), Claire (Noel), Ger (Jacinta), Tom (the late Phil), Terrance (Francis), Theresa (John), Liam (Colette), Pauline (John), Brendan (Michelle) and Suzanne. Noel will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, colleagues, and friends.
Noel was happiest enjoying a few cold beers in his back garden that he curated and loved so much. He spent most of his last two years there listening to music, soaking up the weather and feeding what seemed like the entire neighbourhoods wildlife. He had a tender soul and would do anything for anyone. Noel loved his family so much, his wife Liz of 35 years and his 3 boys, Colin, Marc & James. He loved his family in Ireland and always caught up with the news every other week, even though it might be the same news, he loved chatting with them and many cousins & friends.
Most days it felt like you couldn’t escape Noel’s story telling or commentary on the news or whatever was playing on the tele. Now, our home has suddenly become silent. It's hard to express how much we will miss you Noel, we love you so much. xx
