It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Vinh in his 99th year at the Hospice Wellington in Guelph. Vinh passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Sy Hong (2007). Loving father of Cam Sang (Mui), Cun Sang (Tin), Vong (Chau), Lun (Thuan), SayGi (Nhan), Saylam (Rowena), SayDong (Oanh) and SayNam (Amy). Proud grandfather to LeBinh, LeFuong, Linda, Barry, Ky, Jamie, Ryan, Tommy, Trung, Ivy, Katrina, Kevin, Iris, Ivan, Tianna, Aidan, Anthony, Aarron, Samantha, and Allison. Great grandfather to Christopher, Angelina, Victoria, Mya, Jaxon, Lucy, McKenna, Chloe, Ava, Ryder, Donovan, Taika and Millie.
A kind, selfless, hardworking individual who always put his family first. We are comforted knowing that he is now at peace and reunited with all who has gone before him, especially his beloved Sy Hong.
A special thank you to all of the wonderful nurses and staff at Hospice Wellington and Guelph General Hospital (4th floor) for taking such great care of Vinh.
Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph (519-821-5077). Family invite friends for a visitation on Sunday, March 31, 2024 from 10:00am to 2:00pm and from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 1, 2024 from 9:30am to 10:45am with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich Street, Guelph.
