At the Guelph General Hospital, on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Stella (Melnyk) Dobreen for 65 years. Loving father of Danny Dobreen and his wife Karen, and of Gary Dobreen. Proud grandfather of Jessie and her husband Justin Davis, Michael, and Alanna (Norm Myers), and great-grandfather of Joshua, Grace, and Avery.Dear brother of Margaret Zablotny. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters, and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood, where the family will receive family and friends on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 12 noon - 2 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Cremation with interment of ashes at a later date.
