Passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Hospice Wellington, at the age of 69 years.
He is survived by his life partner, Marilyn Upton, stepfather to Tracy Martin & Trevor Upton (Jackie Lacey). Papa to Maddison Martin. Brother to Bonnie Robertson, David Driver, Sharon (Wayne) Breeze, Annette (Ken) Sayer & Claire Leyland. Predeceased by his parents Baden & Eila Driver, Brother Rob Driver & Rick Robertson. Cecil will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, as well as many other family members and friends.
Cremation has taken place. The family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
