Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday July 2, 2023, just days shy of his 100th birthday.
He is preceded by his wife Elfi, and survived by his daughter Ingrid (Jim), granddaughters Bonnie (Noam) and Kelly (Jim) and great grandsons Tyson and Lukas.
Raised in Oldham England. Joined the RAF and was posted to South Africa. He spoke fondly and often about his time in South Africa. Emigrated to Canada (Montreal). Was a passionate and talented piano player.
Funeral service will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Wednesday, July 5th at 10 am. Burial Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.
