Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2024. Janet Beatrice, in her 95th year, was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Henry Farrell (2013). Loving mother of Donald (Mary) of Ottawa, the late Gary (Brenda) of Montreal, Karen (Richard) of Guelph, Gordon (Susan) of Montreal and Debbie (the late Brian) of Guelph. Cherished grandmother of Scott, Stephen, Alison, Shayne, Glen, Krista Lee, Craig, Brett, Cara-Li, Alexia, Cody and Nichole and great grandmother of Blake, Alison, Cayden, Carter, Nevaeh, Gryphon, Ella, Calvin, Orlando, Leo and Harlow. Janet is survived by her brother Simon and is predeceased by her siblings Gabriel, Laura, Wilfred, Bernice and Kenneth.
Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph (519-822-4731) on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Road, Guelph. Cremation to follow.
