Fleming, Gale - Of Guelph, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Hospice Wellington on Friday, October 6th, 2017, at the age of 70.
Beloved wife of Mark Fleming. Dear mother of Mike (Jodie) and Allison (Don). She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Evan, Skylar and Beatrice. Predeceased by siblings Georgina McGrath and Gloria Moore and survived by Reid Moore, Judy LeBlanc and Charlie Moore.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Wednesday, October 11th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 12th at 11 am at the All Saint's Lutheran Anglican Church, 210 Silvercreek Pkwy N, Guelph, ON N1H 7P8. Reception to follow in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hospice Wellington would be much appreciated.
