It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Keegan Eugene Leonard Fraser on September 18th, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Carina, and beautiful son, Boethius. Predeceased by his grandfather Leonard Shea (1983). Loving son of Brian Fraser and Heather Shea (Wayne Hebbes). Missed by his siblings Simon Fraser (Maddie Martin), Oceania Fraser, Derek Hebbes, and Nikki Hebbes. Devastated are his grandparents Eugene and Joan Fraser, as well as Jean Shea and Richard Karn. Keegan will be missed always by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Keegan had a very strong belief in his Catholic faith, living his life the way the Lord intended. He was a wonderful father, and amazing husband. He was very principled and never strayed from his virtues. He was immensely joyous and found humour in the most wonderfully simple of things. He was an amazing listener, a profound thinker, and had mastered his 'Irish wit.' He was always able to draw people in with his easy-going manner. Keegan's smile always warmed our days and could change any disposition. He was an old soul who found love in many hobbies: classic rock music, astronomy, politics, and more. Keegan was friendly in even the smallest of ways, even stopping by to just say hi to his four legged friend Jack. Keegan was a complex, unique, and pleasantly surprising man. But more than anything, Keegan was good to those around him and had the pure bliss and innocence one could only find in children.

So long you wonderful man, always in our hearts. Our world will never be the same without you. 'Jack out!'

We would like to thank Staff Sergeant David Caron, Constable Rob Smith, Sergeant Ian Smith, and all the Guelph EMS for their timely response and valiant efforts in trying to save Keegan's life, as well as Dr. Cosby, Dr. Raso, nurse Brian Hoey, and nurse Liz Lima for not only their efforts but their compassion as well.

Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive their friends on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 2 -7p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Church 175 Emma St., Guelph on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
