It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Theresa Frongia with her family by her side at St. Joseph’s Health Care Centre on Friday November 17, 2021, at the age of 73. Loved daughter of the late Joseph and Angela Carere (Mammoliti). Dearly loved wife and best friend of Antonio Frongia, devoted mother of Tony Fonte, Enzo Fonte and Frances (Robert) Snyder all of Guelph. Loved sister of Domenic (Karen) Carere and Frank (Carmella) Carere. Theresa was also a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Theresa's true passion in life was belonging to Hearty Hearts group where she worked on cardio rehabilitation and fundraising for the facility. She will always be remembered as the kind caring giving person who had a zest for life, tremendous courage and a great sense for fun. Theresa will be missed by many.
Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Wednesday, November 24 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. You must show proof of vaccination and government identification in order to attend the visitation. Masks are required. Mass of Christian burial will be held at the Basilica of our Lady Immaculate, 28 Norfolk Street, on Thursday, November 25, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment Marymount Catholic Cemetery.
