Of Guelph, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at the age of 68. Beloved son of the late Ken Gaebel and Susan Wechzelberger. Loved brother of Diane McGragh (Bob), Darlene Kalbfleisch (Ron), Deborah Betz (Dennis) and the late Donna Gaebel (Steve). Cherished uncle of Brandon, Korey, Kristen, Vanessa, Craig, Angela and Neal.
Lorne owned his own business, Gaebel Concrete, for 15 years, as well as having worked at Guelph Tool and Die, as a taxi driver and as an apartment superintendent.
At Lorne’s request, no service or visitation will take place. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Lorne M. Gaebel in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2:30 pm.
