GALLEN, Theresa Edna

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresa Edna Gallen on Friday, September 30, 2022 at the Guelph General Hospital. Theresa Gallen in her 95th year was the beloved wife of the late Clifton Gallen. She was the loving mother of Dianne Van Wert of Guelph, Brian Gallen (Cindy) of Stratford and Marlene Bruce of Ottawa. Theresa was the proud grandmother of Chris Van Wert (Laurie), Erin Martel (Moise), Lindsay Gallen, Jamie Coleman (Sam), Daniel Bruce (Crystal), Kelly Bruce and Shaun Tabbert and nana (great-grandmother) of Macayla, Zackary, Olivia, Abigail, Norah and Isla.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Murphy Funeral Home and Chapel, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke, ON., on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 11:00am. Inurnment to follow at Saint Columba’s Cemetery.

We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to the Emergency Department staff at the Guelph General Hospital for their compassionate and comforting care and to the staff and residents at Stone Lodge Retirement Home for caring for mom.
