June 25, 1928 - March 19, 2021

The pearly gates opened early on the morning of March 19th, 2021 as a
beautiful angel, Ruby Jean Good (nee Campbell) received her wings. Ruby
was the tenth child born to Albert Campbell and Ruby Ann Barber
Campbell. Ruby is now at peace and reunited with the love of her life
after forty long years, George Wellington Good. She raised and educated
five wonderful children, often going without so they could have more.
George (Janice), Ruby (Brian), Cindy (Dave), Kathy (Peter) and Ginny
(the late Jamie) are all truly thankful and grateful for the love their
mother gave them. Cherished Nanny to Cathy, Derek (Annette), Matthew
(Stacy), Tyrone, Jason (Janet), Ruby-Ann (Scott), Jacqueline (Adam),
Jordan, Mary Ellen (Ken), Blake (Lisa), Kate (Adam), Ali, Bridget
(Carter), and Cassie. Beloved great grandmother to twenty nine and great
great grandmother to four.

There aren’t enough words to describe the impact that she had on so many
people’s lives. Whether they were family, friends, or someone at the
prison where she was a correctional officer for many years.

We would like to thank St. Joseph's Health Centre for the outstanding
and compassionate care given to her over the last four years, the
nursing staff, housekeeping and laundry, dietary staff, spiritual team,
physio staff, social activity staff, maintenance staff, security staff,
Dr Grace Morrison, chaplain Simon Malonda and Dr. R. Danielli - her long
time family doctor. These people made mom's last few years happy and she
loved living there and loved the people she came to know.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, a private
visitation and Funeral service will be held at the funeral home for
Ruby’s immediate family. We thank you for your understanding during
these difficult times and we encourage you to provide your condolences
to the family through her memorial page. All are welcome to stream the
Funeral on the internet via ZOOM on Sunday, March 21st, 2021 at 10:00
am. Link to follow below. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the
St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation or a charity of your choice would
be appreciated by the family.
