GRIFFIN, Evelyn

Peacefully on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in her 96th year at The Ellington. Loving wife of the late Joseph Griffin (2015). Cherished
mother of Barbara Wilkinson, Carl Griffin (Darina), and Brian Griffin (Kim). Treasured grandmother of Paul, Scot, and Judy Noonan, Greg
(Liz), Laura (Eric) , August Pierik (Joel) , Zak, and Sam, and proud great-grandmother of Jack, Kate, Burkley, Hannah, Walter and Emmett.
Devoted sister to James (deceased), Alfred (deceased), Elizabeth, Barbara, and Thomas. Predeceased by her parents James and Elizabeth.

Evelyn had a broad range of passions and talents including pianist, dancer, singer, seamstress, shuffleboarder, and "hole in one" golfer. She and her husband Joe had many friends who shared their interests including shuffleboard and dancing which they did well into their 80's.

Evelyn and her family are very grateful for the care and compassion that she received from the Elliott Community and Dr. Kennedy.

Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph. As per Evelyn's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private graveside service at Marymount Catholic Cemetery.
