Passed away at the home she was happiest at – Sunnyside Home in Kitchener, surrounded by her books (reading was her passion) on October 20, 2023 at the age of 71 years.
Janet now joins her parents, Herbert and Mary. She was the dear sister of Larry Gumbley (Colleen) and Dale Mochrie (Robert) and aunt of Bonnie Mochrie (Neal), Robin Stubbert (Dana), Rick Gumbley and Ryan Gumbley; great aunt of Justin and Kaitland. Janet was a quiet soul who will be fondly remembered by many. Cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service to lay Janet to rest at a later date.
