Of Guelph passed away peacefully with family by his side, on September 29, 2022, at Guelph General Hospital at the age of 79 years.
Beloved husband and best friend of 57 years to Charlene (nee Fletcher). Loving father to Jennifer, James (Regan). Grandpa will be sadly missed by Connor, Ethan and Peyton. Son-in-law to Stella Campbell and brother-in-law to Cheryl (Manford) Harper and Connie Artymowicz (John). He will be missed by family members Diana, Colleen, Paul, Lana, Kim, and Stephanie. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Jim Guthrie, a brother Kenneth, and a sister Joan.
Ted was a long serving employee at Hammond Manufacturing for 42 years. He was the co-founder of the Majestic Car Club in Guelph, as well as an avid golfer.
A visitation will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Monday, October 3rd, 2022 from 11am – 1pm.
