Passed away at Guelph General Hospital on July 24, 2016 at 71 years of age. Beloved husband of Muriel (Richardson) Hack. Dear father of Kim Hack and step father to Jen (Mark); John (Jen); Joe (Deb); David and Liz (Pete). Brian will be missed by his grandchildren, Shirley-Anne, Eric, Brigitte, Kenna, JJ, Brooklyn, Chad, Isaac, Luke, Sydney and his great granddaughter, Autumn. Survived by his sisters, Ione Smith and Beth Hack. Predeceased by his mother Margaret, father Nelson Hack and his brother, Gary.
