Passed away peacefully in Fergus, Ontario on Monday, August 7, 2023, at the age of 88.
Neill was the loving husband and best friend for 68 years to Loreen (Slater). Dad to Keith (Sue), Ken (Liz), and the late Terry (Bonnie). Grandpa to Phillip, Jennifer (Juan), Andrew (Christine), Michael (Karen), Nikolas and Cory. Great Grandpa to Brian, Jason, James, Neill, Raul, Griffin, Chelsey, Jose, and Lillian.
Neill was predeceased by his parents Bessie and Russell Hall, sister Nancy (Karl) Watson, and brother Harold (Arlene).
Resting at Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, where the family invites friends and relatives to join for visitation on Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 10:00am-11:00am followed by a service at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. A reception will follow. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
