It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. June Hamilton (NEE Semple). She passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 78. She was the daughter of the late Edna Semple and the late James Roberts Semple and the beloved wife of the late Carl Hamilton. She leaves in sorrow her dear children, Peter Zakrzewski (Claudia Lemay) and Chris Zakrzewski, as well as Carl’s children, Matthew Hamilton (Emily) and Carrie Hamilton. She also leaves in sorrow her dear grandchildren, Justin Zakrzewski and Amelie Zakrzewski. June leaves in sorrow her sisters-in-law, Lynda Zakrzewski and Ewa Zakrzewski, her nephews: Jeff (Jen) Zakrzewski, Greg Zakrzewski, and James Semple, her nieces: Kara (MJ) Zakrzewski and Alexa Zakrzewski, and cousin Lauraine Lindsay. She also leaves in sorrow her friends, Sylvia Kelly, Patricia Martin and Patricia Grierson. She was predeceased by her brother Richard Semple, brothers-in-law, George Zakrzewski and Tom Zakrzewski.
The family would like to thank Carp Commons Retirement Home and the Montfort Hospital.
