HANES, Murray Douglas

Murray passed away on September 26, 2017, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Cathy Hanes.  Murray was the loving father of Kim (Sean) O’Brien and Pam Hanes. He was the proud Papa of Taylor and Sydney Hayes, and Owen and Ethan Hanes. He was larger than life and loved by many. Thank you to all the nurses on the 7th floor of GGH, and Murray's special nurses of CCAC, and Dr. Landis for all the care and compassion they provided Murray recently and over the years. You made a difference. A memorial visitation will be held at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
