HAYES, Gloria

Passed away at home in Hamilton, Ontario on Wednesday, July 12, 2017. Gloria (nee Dupuis) Hayes, in her 88th year, was the beloved wife of the late Edward Joseph John Hayes (1999). She was the loving mother of Fr. Dennis Hayes, CC, of Ottawa, Nancy and her husband Michael Burton of Hamilton, Cynthia and her husband Michael Armstrong of Barrie, Shelly and her husband Warren English of Guelph, Jennifer and her husband James Peloso of Okotoks, AB and Christopher Hayes and his wife Melanie of Guelph. Gloria was the dear grandmother of Michelle-Anne (Ryan), Matthew (Alexis), Lorena, Jessica, Sarah, David (Cindi), Caitlin, Natasha, Andrew, Nicholas, Benjamin, Matthew, Michael, Christopher, Jessica, Jacob, Rebekah, Taylor, Sydney, Matthew (Mary) and Joshua. She is survived by her sister Huguette Gaudette. Friends are invited to join the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Gloria will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma St., Guelph, on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
