Passed away peacefully on Sunday March 3, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Heath Centre. Arthur Hickingbottom in his 92nd year. Dear husband of Peggy (Hewitt). Loved father of Roy (Marlene) of Oshawa, Shane (Susan) of Port Dover, Scott (Michele) of Guelph, and the late Russell (Melanie). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brooke (Brent), Ryan (Smita), Eric, Andrew, Lucas, Erika, Emily, Antonia and his great grandchildren; Malkin, Nya, Reid, and Ryleigh. Much loved brother of Margaret Lowe (Tony), Sandra Hardy (Ray), Alan Hickingbottom (Beryl). Arthur was predeceased by his Sisters Alice and Doreen and his brothers Len, John and Norman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Thursday March 7th, 2019 at 2:00p.m. followed by a reception in the funeral home Trillium Room. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
