HIGDEN, Ellen Marguerite

Passed away at the Elliott Community in Guelph, on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Victor. Loving mother of Vickie Higden (Alex), Sherrill Tschura, Laura Bevington (Doug) and Barbara Higden. Cherished Grandmother of Melanie (Al), Oliver (Julia), Gavin (Mallory), John (Lisa), Jamie (Lysanne), Alex (Nettie), Angie (Martin), David and Katrina. Great grandmother of Jade, Mackenzie, Scarlett, Miller, Oliver, Elvis, Kaylee and Cassandra. Ellen is predeceased by her sisters; Barbara, Doreen and Laura. When she was not spending time with her family, one could find Ellen immersed in painting, listening to classical music or out walking, enjoying nature. Ellen wished for the family to say goodbye in private, so there will be no public services.
