Passed away peacefully at home with family on Saturday, October 8, 2016. Patricia (nee Mabey) was the loving and devoted wife of Martin Hoffmann. Loving and caring mother of Fredrik with wife Lesley of Kitchener and Christina with husband Darrin of Guelph. Also an outstanding and always loving grandmother to Alexandra and Lily whom will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her brother Brian and sister Jennifer and survived by sister Debbie. She was always a happy person and willing to help anyone as best she could. She lived in Germany, United States and finally Canada which was always her home and travelled when she could and always enjoyed it. She enjoyed Guelph's history, her birth place and collected memorabilia to remember. Her husband Martin was always at her side assisting her when needed and they provided each other with a bounty of love. She will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate to know her and especially by family and close friends. A celebration of life open house for Pat will take place on Saturday Oct. 22, 2016 from 1pm to 4pm at her residence of 1 Wiltshire Place, Guelph, ON.
