Passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Judy Horne (nee Pagnan). Loving dad of Chris Horne and Melissa Orobono (Logan). Cherished grandfather of Haley, Natalie, Carley, Kolby and Lukas. Survived by his siblings Dale Clattenburg (Doug) Jimmy Horne (Anne), Paul Pagnan (Shelly) Kim DiFransesco (Nick) and inlaws Mario and Marie Pagnan. Greatly missed by many nieces and nephews
Predeceased by brother Scott Horne and by both parents James and Bearnice Horne.
Ian was married to Judy for 48 years and shared a love so strong, they were best friends and soul mates and did everything together, a rare and powerful love.
Ian grew up in Wasaga Beach where he met Judy and spent all his summers on a boat water skiing.
Ian loved fishing, ice fishing and camping and will be reunited with his best friends John and Mark whom he lost this year as well.
Ian was a second father to Chris and Melissa’s friends growing up and will be greatly missed.
Ian will be missed by his dog Yoda, his best friend.
There will be a celebration of life at the Italian Canadian Club later as per Ian’s request.
