INGLIS, Edna Jean (nee Foers)
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Edna Jean Inglis at the age of 90 years at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph, Ontario on August 25, 2023. Edna is survived by beloved husband John, daughters; Diane (Jerry), Lorraine (Allen), grandchildren; William (Sarah), Robert (Alexandra) and great granddaughter, Leia; sisters; Barbara (George), Pauline (Bruce), brother Bob (Muriel), along with many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Our very special thanks to the staff of Cherrywood ward for their care and kindness.
Edna’s nursing career spanned many years and she worked diligently in Montreal and Toronto caring for others. Cremation has taken place and a graveside inurnment will take place at a future date. Arrangements entrusted to Brombal Funeral Home & Cremation Care, One Delhi Street, Guelph (formerly Gilchrist Chapel). Memorial contributions to Wyndham House, or to St. Joseph’s Health Centre would be greatly appreciated.
