In his 75th year the beloved son of Allen and Luella and our dear sweet brother passed away quietly in the early morning of February 7th 2017. David was a gentle giant, a soul who deeply loved his family of origin and his family at Holody Home. He brought a different perspective to life, and the memories and moments he shared when spending time with us will always be cherished. He will be greatly missed by all; Paisley, Elana, Chris, Peter, Sheila, Holody Home and all of their families. A Celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, February 11 at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph from 1:30 - 2:30 with tributes at 2:15. In lieu of flowers donations to Guelph Wellington Community Living or your charity of choice are appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of David E. Johnson in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:30 pm.
