Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care, Arthur on Monday, September 23, 2019, in her 77th year. Beloved partner of the late Ron Holder Sr. Loving mother of Alexis Veldhuizen, Tyrone Veldhuizen, Inge Kemsley (Steve Finley) and stepmother of Anne Cyr (David Strauss) Donna Ruttan (Steve Ruttan), Ron Holder Jr. (Linda Balsdon) and Janell Holder. Dear sister of Horace Petersen (June) and Redvers Petersen. Predeceased by sister Berenice Petersen and twin sister Gloria Jean Petersen (the bubble to her squeak).
Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Stephanie Joy’s life will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 2-4 pm. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Stephanie Joy Kemsley in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:30 pm.
