Of Elora, passed at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, after a challenging battle with Multiple Myeloma. Much loved husband to Marilyn, his wife of 22 years. Father to Kerry, Kathy and Michael, and step father to Monica. Grandfather to Nathalie, Evan, Ayla, Trajan, Silken, Emily and Aidan. Honorary Grandfather to Keely and Shyla. Great-Grandfather to Olivia and Haillee. Our many thanks to the wonderful, supportive people at Caressant Care in Arthur, and St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph, who dedicated their abilities and empathy to making Rob’s final days as comfortable as possible. Rob will missed by all his family and friends, particularly the members of his team of men. No viewing or funeral, but a simple cremation is planned, with a celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
A tree will be planted in memory of Robert R. Kleiber in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:30 pm.
