KRONE, Nora

Nora Krone (nee von Pistohlkors) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday April 7, 2024 in her 97th year. Loving wife to the late Henry for 62 years. Beloved mother to Monica of Guelph, Michael (Julie) of Gananoque, and Patrick (Marika) of Saskatoon. Proud Oma to Megan (Jack) of Saskatoon, Kristin (Jesse) of Saskatoon, and Alyssa (Mike) of St. Paul Alberta, and Great Oma to Jenny and Erik of Saskatoon, and Sierra and Weston of St. Paul Alberta. Nora was predeceased by her brother Erik. Mom will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her loving family and all those lucky enough to have known her.

She was a hard-working, determined, and resilient person whose positive outlook had a profound impact on the lives of all those around her. She touched the hearts of so many people. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ruddock and the staff of the Elliot Retirement Community for years of care and friendship.

Arrangements entrusted to Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria St. N., Breslau. As per Nora’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will occur at a later date.
