It is with great sadness that the family announces István’s passing on Tuesday, August 2019, at the age of 63.
Life partner of Lorraine Billows. Loving father of Anikó Lóci (Igor) and cherished grandfather of Léna and Mika. Will be fondly remembered by Térezia Lóci, Jonathon Billows and missed by many friends and family including his older brothers abroad László and Gábor and their families. István loved the outdoors, riding his motorcycle as often as possible, sampling ice cream and french fries on the weekends and playing with (and spoiling) his grandchildren. István was loved and respected at Eston Manufacturing (Linamar) where he worked for over 17 years.
A memorial gathering to celebrate István’s life will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, September 5, 2019, from 6-8 pm.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Guelph Humane Society.
