Mr. Agostino Leo passed away at home on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at the age of 91 years. He joins the love of his life, Teresa (Rao) (2019). Loving father of Domenico, Vittoria (Stanley) Piaseczny, Salvatore "Sam" all of Guelph, Assunta "Susie" (Robert) Tempelman of Michigan, Antonio and David (Mary) of Guelph. Cherished Nonno of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Angela, Pasquale, Annunziata, Carmela, Rosa, Assunta, and Teresa.
Dear brother in law of Giorgio (Maria) Rao, Immaculata Rao, and the late Domenico, Francesco, Fortonato, Vincenzo, Antonio, Salvatore and Stella. Survived by many nieces and nephew in Canada and Italy.
You would always find Agostino in many gardens in the ward, or sitting at the table under his grape vines enjoying a glass of wine.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph on Saturday January 29 from 3-7 pm and Sunday, January 30 from 1-6 pm A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 98 Alice Street, Guelph on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 10:30 am Entombment at the Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
