It is with great sorrow for the family to announce the passing of Summer Leon Velarde at the age 40.
After a long four year battle with cancer, Summer passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 1st, 2019 at Wellington Hospice.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the staff of Wellington Hospice for their compassionate care and support while under their care.
Celebration of life will be held in Gore Bay, Ontario, later in the month of October.
