It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Shannon Mary MacDonnell Bogdonov, on Wednesday October 12th at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, Ontario, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, she was the only child of Wanda MacDonnell (Cowie) and the late Robert MacDonnell. She attended school in New Waterford graduating from Breton Education Centre in 1992. Leaving for Ontario, she met the love of her life Dan whom she married and had two beautiful children with.
She further continued her education by attending Algonquin College in Ottawa for a career in the Nursing field, which became her passion.
