Our beloved Bob peacefully left this land, with his loving wife by his side, after a courageous 8-month battle with lung cancer.
Caring partner and husband to Claudia (Cheel). Great dad to Steven and Ryan (father-in-law to Haley). Loving “Papa Mac” to Maya and Mason. Special step-dad to Kyle Neal. Much loved grandson, son, son-in-law and step-son. Admired brother and brother-in-law. Fun uncle to many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by many cousins. Good friend and neighbour to many. Valued Registered Massage Therapist and colleague to many more.
Bob’s passion and zest for life was contagious. His strength and encouraging ways were “good for the soul”. His love of nature led to a constant whistle while he worked out in his gardens. His spirit and faith were very strong. He had an authentic and unique personality that will never be forgotten.

We also want to thank all of the doctors, nurses and careworkers that looked after him over the past eight months.
