It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Nadine Doris Mackintosh of Guelph on June 17, 2023 at the age of 58 years old.
Loving mother of Shanna (Adam) Durski and Nicolas Mackintosh. Dear daughter of Gail Mackintosh. Sister of Michelle (Pete) Clarke and Andy Mackintosh. Grandmother of Cohen Durski. Her memory will be cherished as Auntie Dee by Miranda, Cole, Parker, Meghan and Kevin. Fondly remembered by Gary Evans. Predeceased by her father Erven Mackintosh (2023) and brother Eric Mackintosh (2013).
Nadine achieved a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph as a mature student and went on to obtain a Teacher’s College certificate from Nipissing University.
Nadine cherished spending time at the family cottage and with her grandson Cohen. She was an avid reader and had a love for all animals, especially Tigger.
There will be no service. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Guelph Food Bank or Hope House.
