Passed away on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, at the age of 51 years old. A proud father of Rachel and Jordan (Jas). A loving partner of Cherish. Youngest son of Barb and Don. Brother of Don (Cathy) and Edward (Kristen). Uncle to Brenna, Logan, and Riley. Fondly remembered by Kim and Michele. Carter was a friend to many, giving a helping hand to anyone that needed it, and could always inspire a laugh. Carter loved a good game of golf, Tragically Hip, spending time with the people he loved, and going for walks with his dogs. It is with broken hearts that his family shares this news. There will be a private family funeral to take place after cremation. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
