With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Darlene at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph on Wednesday August 5th, 2020. Adored wife of James Mahaffie. Mother of Patricia Shorey. Predeceased by her children: Wayne, Tim, Debbie and Lorraine.
She will fondly be remembered by her brother-in-law Lloyd Thompson and his wife Mary Lou of Owen Sound, by her neighbors on Alice Street, and by many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Marie Nolan for all your compassionate care. Cremation has already taken place and due to Covid 19, there will be no funeral services. A tree will be planted in her honor at a later time.
