Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at University Hospital in London, on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, at the age of 25.
Beloved son of Allan and Cheryll. Dylan will be dearly missed by his siblings and extended family.
At Dylan’s request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Red Chev, 34 Elizabeth St, Guelph, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 2-4 pm.
