It is with immense sadness we announce Dawn’s peaceful passing at St. Josephs Heath Centre, Guelph on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Dawn was the beloved wife of Bryan Marquess. They met while working at the Royal Bank of Canada in Sault Ste Marie and were married in 1965.
Lovingly remembered by her daughter Jennifer, grandsons Keaghan, Spencer, Ethan, and Noah, granddaughter Erin and great-grandson James. Dawn will be lovingly remembered by her brother Patrick (Vickie) her nieces Stephanie, Jamie (Bobbie) and nephews Joe (Kim) and Cory (Robin), Her cousins Julie Evans, Joyce Evans, John Evans, Phil Evans (Elaine) Rowan (Jenny) Marquess. Predeceased by her beloved son Kevin (2020), her parents Donald and Joyce Sammon, her brothers Jim (Annette) and Terry Sammon.
Thank you for the compassionate care Dawn received from all the nurses, doctors, and personal support workers over the past seven months.
