We are heartbroken to share our loss with you, the sudden and unexpected passing of Donna (Dawna) Melanson on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the Guelph General Hospital.
Predeceased by her father Donald Temarantz and mother Dina Grazziotto. She leaves behind her father Nicholas Grazziotto and her brother Gary Grazziotto (Nancy). Donna (Dawna) will be sadly missed by her stepson and stepdaughter Paul and Michelle Melanson, her nephew and niece Brandon and Alaina Grazziotto, and many relatives and friends.
A special thank you goes out to the nurses and staff at the Guelph General Hospital 5th Floor Stepdown Unit who took exceptional care of Donna (Dawna).
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at Marymount Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051.
Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Donna L. (Dawna) Melanson in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
