After a short battle with cancer, Anthony (Tony) Mifsud passed away, peacefully, at the age of 78, in Guelph, on February 2, 2017. Tony loved to dance, to play saxophone and clarinet in the band and to meet his friends for coffee. He took great pleasure in spending time with his family and watching his grandsons, Matthew and Nolan, play hockey. His granddaughter, Ava, shared his love of dance and music. Tony is survived by his children, Cheryl (Brent) and Mike (Leslie) and his grandchildren.
Friends are invited to meet the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre& Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. Entombment, Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
