MISURKA, Jerry

Passed away comfortably, with his family by his side, at Hospice Wellington, on Saturday, April 9, 2016, in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Margaret. Loving father of Jason (Lisa), James (Chelsea) and Ashley (Ryan). Proud grandfather of Ethan, Kenzie and Elliot. Predeceased by his parents William and Olga Misurka. Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Michael (Margie), Linda Duszczyszyn (Dan), Peter (Rosemary) and Donna Grzegorczyk (Les). He will also be missed by his aunts and uncles, and his many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to join the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Tuesday, April 12th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel, on Wednesday, April 13th 11:00 a.m. Burial at Marymount Cemetery to follow.
