It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Marilyn on May 2 at Riverside Glen in Guelph.

Beloved wife of Flori (recently predeceased) for 58 years. She was the proud mother of Erik, Paula (late Frank) and grandson Zack.

Marilyn is predeceased by her mother Frances (Gaizauskas) and father Joseph Bellis. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters Joan (Vastokas) and Connie (Christian). She was loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marilyn had many passions in her life: cooking, art, singing, pets and treasured friendships. Her greatest loves were her husband and family. She was over the moon when her children and grandson were altogether sharing a meal that she lovingly prepared.

Special thanks go to Riverside Glen for taking such wonderful care of Marilyn and Flori. The staff took care not only of their medical needs, but embraced them in their community.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 10-11am. Followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11am. Interment to follow at St. John’s Lithuanian Cemetery, 2185 Stavebank Rd. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
