O’HANLON, Robin (nee Young)

Robin passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at the age of 64, due to complications brought on by Vasculitis.

Known for her kindness and determination, she loved her family, garden and the many animals in her life including Dante, her Collie dog. Robin was also an artist who enjoyed drawing, embroidery and quilting. The last years of her life were a struggle but she never complained.

 Beloved wife to Ron for 40 wonderful years.  Loving mother of Katie and Scott.  Loved daughter of Dawna and the late Bob Young (2022).  Dear sister of David Young (Gail) and Cynthia Young (Regg Struyk).  Daughter-in-law of Hilda and the late Ed (Scotty) O’Hanlon (1990) Sister-in-law of John & June O’Hanlon, Colleen & Ron Carere, Ed & Brenda O’Hanlon, Jerome & Terri O’Hanlon all of Guelph.  Predeceased by her sister-in-law Paula O’Hanlon.  Always remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to John & June O’Hanlon, niece Emily Struyk and nephew Josh Struyk who helped her throughout her final years.
