ORENCHUK, Jaroslaw (Jerry)

Passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on March 29, 2017, in his 96th year. Beloved father of Michael (Kim). Cherished grandfather of Alisha and Anastasia. He will be missed by his special friend Doris Styran. He was predeceased by his wife Olga and his son Roman. A special thank you to the Nurses at staff at Guelph General Hospital and also to the kind care received from the CCAC workers. Jerry’s family will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street N, Guelph on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 7-9 p.m and on Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m with a Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at Marymount Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of one’s choice.
