Theresa passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 26th, 2022, surrounded by her family after a brief battle with cancer. She was in her 73rd year. Beloved wife for 49 years to John. Loving mother to Tracy Coulson (Chris) and Chris Pagnan (Kelly Laverty-Pagnan). Dear sister to John (Donna), Paul (Pam), and Peter (Margie). Proud grandmother to Caitlin, Matthew, Joshua, Mitchell, and Nathan. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Margaret and her sisters Ann Klundert and Mary Earl.

Theresa and John enjoyed travelling and had a lot of wonderful trips together throughout the years. Theresa however was known for her great poker playing, so the majority of their trips were to Las Vegas where she could show off her poker skills.

Theresa and her girlfriends, prior to Covid, had a monthly poker game that went on for 32 years. She will be missed by her girls.

Theresa worked at the Homewood Health Centre in Guelph as an R.N. for 42 years. She took great pride in helping each one of her patients, providing them with love and comfort.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, friends and relatives are invited to join the family for visitations on Friday, December 2nd, 2022 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm and again on Saturday, December 3rd 2022, from 10:00am – 11:00am. A Funeral Service will be held in the Hart Chapel on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 at 11:00am followed by a reception in the Hart Fellowship Lounge. The family kindly requests that all visitors wear a mask.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Ivey Eye Institute in London or the Coping Centre in Cambridge. Donations can be made by cash or cheque at the funeral home.
