It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jan Pearson on July 3, 2023. Jan was in her 73rd year and passed peacefully in the comfort of her home. She was surrounded with the love of her family and trusted that her journey will continue in heaven. She was loved deeply by all who knew her for her humour and her caring and compassionate nature. She loved her wonderful family and appreciated their support during many times of ill health.
Jan was born in Guelph to her late parents Isabelle and Edmund Booth. She was predeceased by her sister Marilyn Collins, stepson Jason Pearson and nephew Rob McFadzen. She leaves behind her sister Patricia McFadzen and her family; brother Jim Booth, his wife Valerie and their family; and her cousin Arlene McEllistrum. Jan was blessed with three wonderful nieces, Kelly, Stacey and Coree, who were always supportive and generous with their time and their love. She will also be dearly missed by her great nieces and nephew.
To honour Jan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private interment for family only.
