On May 11th, 2022, Ruth died peacefully with family at her side just three days after her beloved husband Lynn of 68 years died, entering the presence of Jesus. She leaves behind her children Sharon (Arlen) Molyneaux, John (Linda) Pinkston, Mary Pinkston, her grandchildren David (Dana) Molyneaux, Jonathan (Lauren) Molyneaux, Benjamin Molyneaux, Nathan (Jasmine) Molyneaux, Stephen Molyneaux, Joshua (Hiesha) Pinkston, Katie Pinkston and her great grandchildren Wesley, Selah, Joseph, Ezra, Micah, Rose, Wyatt, and Braxton.
As a young child, Ruth accepted Jesus as her Lord and Saviour. Her burden to minister to women was a catalyst to facilitate Women’s Day for God and was actively involved with Women’s Aglow and Women’s Ministry of the PAOC. She worked together with her husband to minster the congregations they served. Ruth touched many lives with God’s message of hope and encouragement. She was a woman of faith, a student of God’s word and a skilled expositor communicating the scripture in a practical way. She will always be remembered for her infectious laughter.

Visitation will be held Monday May 16th 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm and Tuesday May 17th at 10am at Parkview Church, 89 Speedvale Avenue East, Guelph. The funeral will be held on Tuesday May 17th at 11:00 am at Parkview Church. Guests may attend remotely (see link on funeral home website within Ruth’s notice).
